High Court Grants Nnamdi Kanu bail – The Indigenous leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has been granted bail by the high court in Abuja, the capital territory.
He was granted bail on health grounds by the Federal High Court and as part of his bail conditions, the court ordered Kanu never to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial.
And the IPOB leader is also ordered not to be in a gathering of more than 10 persons.
According to Naijreports, Kanu was granted bail on health grounds by the court on Tuesday, April 25.
The IPOB leader is also expected to provide three sureties one of who must be a serving senator, a jewish religious leader and highly respected person and must own a land in anywhere in Abuja.
