Netflix is Bringing Back Carmen Sandiego – With Gina Rodriguez! (Report)
Remember Carmen Sandiego? Well, she’s making her return with the help of Gina Rodriguez.
Netflix has reportedly casted the 32-year-old Jane the Virgin actress to voice the lead role in its upcoming animated series, according to Tracking Board.
The series will be based on the video game and subsequent PBS game show Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?
Gina will help bring the classic ’90s character to life in a 20-episode order that will be aimed at entertaining and educating young viewers about geography.
