2. On the registration page, we can see four windows for logging in and registration, providing options for medical staff, organizations, and providers of CPD. The one that is of our interest today is “Doctors’ Access.” Click the “Register” button and proceed to the next step.
3. You will see the window named “Create an account as a Doctor,” in which you need to fill the necessary blanks. For the first one, you need to select the type of practice you have. Here, you have three options:

4. The next one is for the number of your license, and it is called “Folio number.” Fill it out correctly. Note, please, that this is not applicable for those Nigerian doctors who have studied abroad and for foreign doctors as well.
Now, you have to fill three blanks with your first name, last name, and other names (for example, the middle name if you have one). The next gap is for your phone number and e-mail. You should provide the current information so that everyone could contact you.
Also, there is an option to select your gender. After you have filled all the blanks, you need to click the “SUBMIT NOW” button, and that is it. Now, you are done with the registration.
