1. Visit KongaPay website here.

2. Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right hand corner of the homepage.
3. Fill in your details, which includes;
- First Name – Remember to enter your names as registered with your bank.
- Surname
- Phone number
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Street Address
- State and LGA
4. Click on “Continue”. It is just below the registration form. Remember, by clicking “Continue means you accept KongaPay’s Terms and conditions, thus, ensure you read the Terms and conditions well before you continue.

5. Create a four digit pin. Entering a four digit number in the box provided. (See image 2, above )
6. Click” continue”.
7. Confirm your details are correct and click continue again.
At this point Konga Pay sends you a code, enter the code in the appropriate box there-in.
8. Click on “Create Account”
Follow the prompt instructions to fill in your bank details, which includes your bank account number. And if your BVN is required also provide it.
Should you forget you BVN, simply dial *565*0# from your mobile phone to retrieve it. Ensure you dial the code from the mobile line which is registered to your bank.
Congrats! Your account is finally ready.
How To Login KongaPay.
1. Visit KongaPay website (Link provided above)
2. Click on “Log in” just beside the “Sign Up” button (See image 1, above)
3. Enter your phone number. (This is same as the phone number you used in creating the KongaPay account.
4. Enter the Konga Pay Pin. (This is the four digit number which you used in creating the account)
5. Click on “Log in” just below the Login field.
This completes the process of registration or Sign up and login.
