How to Snooze Desktop Notification From Google Calendar – Google Calendar

How to Snooze Desktop Notification From Google Calendar – Google Calendar: To snooze, you’ll need to make sure desktop notifications are turned on in settings, and that Calendar is open somewhere in your browser.

Even after a meeting begins, you can continue to snooze a notification in five-minute increments until the meeting has ended.

You can add event notifications to each calendar, in the form of notifications or emails. Notifications are desktop popups that you can dismiss or snooze, or email alerts. Personally, I use them both. Why?

To help remind you about upcoming events, you can get notifications on your phone, computer, or by email. You can change your notification settings for one event or multiple events.

What is the difference between alerts and notifications?

Alerts are enabled by the user and are triggered by driving events like speeding, harsh braking, and entering/exiting a geofence.
Notifications are set up by the user and are triggered by specified alerts to send an email, SMS text, or push notification via the mobile app.

Why are my Google Calendar notifications not working?

Make sure app notifications are enabled. On Android, you can turn off notifications for each app individually.

Check to be sure you didn’t accidentally turn off notifications or change the permission settings for the Google Reminders app. … Make sure the app is up to date, and then try Google Reminders again.

Desktop notifications create a popup message each time an inbound call is received. Popup messages provide both a visual and audio notification of an inbound call and appear even when the browser is minimized.
