1. Go to Skype account recovery page on https://login.skype.com/recovery
2. Type in the email address you used to sign up your Skype account.
3. Click on “Continue”
4. Go to your email inbox and get the recovery code which Skype automatically sends to your mail. Enter the code in the appropriate box.
5. Go to “Account Settings” and select the password option tab.
6. Create a new password.
NOTE: If you have used a phone number instead of email address, simply put the phone number in place of email address. Then, Skype would sent the recovery code to your phone number. And then you continue.
But should you used your email address, and now you do not also have access to the email you used to create the Skype account, then you have to follow instructions and guide on password recovery page of your email provider to regain access to your email account.
