Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7th of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. After his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained a BSc in Architecture.
AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.
Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while he was still a student at AAU. At the time, the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC grew and became the largest fellowship on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of followers and associates all around the world.
BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on television across Africa, through its atmosphere for miracles programme in 2002. They stopped airing the programme in May 2004, when the then President of Nigeria – President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on television.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry is in four arms: healing ministry, publishing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. It is from these ministries that he culled out the healing school, atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris live global prayer network.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative set up to explore and expand the leadership potentials of Africans. The foundation identifies, celebrates and supports young Africans who have demonstrated exemplary leadership by impacting their generation positively. They do this through education, youth empowerment and mentoring.
The foundation recognizes the efforts of these young leaders through an award ceremony called The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. This award ceremony which started 5years ago, holds on the Eve of every new year, at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. Winners receive an award from the President of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.
The InnerCity Mission For Children
The InnerCity Mission for children is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was birthed in 2005, to reach the poor, needy, orphaned and vulnerable children living as destitute in the world.
The foundation helps these destitute children and communities through sustainable and participatory interventions which include child development programmes, childcare programmes, family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School, etc.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the health status and life expectancy of local communities and nations by promoting improved emergency response services in the case of accidents and emergencies. The foundation intends to achieve this feat through health education, advocacy and community-based programs while positioning to provide support for national policies regarding trauma care.
The foundation has carried out over a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response training. Record has it that, they succeeded in educating thousands of school pupils, law enforcement officers, teachers, caregivers, and road transport workers.
Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC)
The Volunteer Medical Corps is a global christian medical outreach that is committed to providing relief materials, medical assistance, and health education to refugees and internally displaced persons in regions that are affected by natural or man-made disasters.
The outreach comprises of a network of christian health workers, paramedics and students from every Nation. These volunteers provide medical care, relief assistance and sustainable health care solutions to communities and regions in crisis.
VMC also provides health care services to underserved communities and manpower development to local health workers. Anyone whose primary intent is to enhance health and provide humanitarian assistance to those in need is welcome to be a part of the VMC outreach.
Bible For All Nation (BFAM)
Bible For All Mission (BFAM) is a christian non-profit organization, that is committed to the development, production and global distribution of the bible to people of all ages and gender in the language and format they understand. In doing this, the outreach is helping them learn God’s Word and also experience his life-changing message.
BFAM has successfully distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, hospitals, prisons, private and government institutions in several countries around the world, including Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Turkey. The outreach was able to achieve this feat through a strongly knitted global network of bible sponsors and volunteers.
