Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME 2017/2018 Admission Screening Form Is Out – The Federal Polytechnic, Oko Anambra State has announced to the general public that the Post UTME Admission Screening Form for the 2017/2018 academic session is out.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who scored up to 150 and above in the recent 2017 JAMB UTME Exam. And Candidates who choose the Polytechnic as First, Second, Third or Fourth Choice. Even those who didn’t choose the Polytechnic are also eligible to apply.
Candidates must posses at least (5) credits in the O’ Level WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in just one sitting, English Language and Mathematics are compulsory.

How To Apply For Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME Screening

1. Candidates should log in to the school website @ www.federalpolyoko.edu.ng
2. Under Admissions, Click on Online Application Forms
3. On the “Generate Invoice” page, fill in your details accurately and click the “Submit” button
4. Print the Invoice and proceed to the designated banks with the print-out to pay for the Admission Screening Registration
5. Make payments using the generated Invoice Number
6. Return to the school website (www.federalpolyoko.edu.ng) to complete and submit the Online Application Form. Please, review your information before submitting your application online.
7. Print your “Acknowledgement Slip”
